For twenty years, I've partnered with leaders across government, business, education, and nonprofit sectors to shape strategy, spark global collaboration, and create lasting social impact. I speak about overcoming adversity, authentic storytelling, and systems thinking as tools for transformation, showing how bold ideas, heart-centered leadership, and inclusive thinking can drive change.

“Sitting in India and holding hands with His Holiness, The Dalai Lama, is a moment few could imagine, especially after a time of being unable to walk. It was one of many miracles on the journey.”
As a young immigrant, I faced trauma, homelessness, and all the struggles that come with being an undiagnosed girl on the spectrum. Refusing to let my circumstances define my future, I forged my own path. I became an entrepreneur, an innovator, and an ecosystem builder.
Over the past 20 years, I have partnered with inspiring leaders across government, business, education, and nonprofit sectors to shape strategy, spark global collaboration, and create lasting social impact. My work connects vision with action, showing how bold ideas, heart-centered leadership, and inclusive thinking can drive personal, professional, and community change worldwide.

A heartfelt thank you to the TEDxOshkosh team for creating an unforgettable experience with all of the care, support, and heart. Thank you to the sound engineers, photographers, and videographers for capturing these moments, to the sponsors who made it possible, and to my fellow speakers for the encouragement we shared. To my partner Sterling Lynk, friends, mentors, and the bLU Talks community, and to my therapist, thank you for your support, belief, and guidance. To my hair stylist, Jenelle, whose conversation inspired a last-minute change to my talk, you reminded me why this message matters.
As part of my commitment to autism awareness and advocacy, I am proud to support these organizations.
Whether it's a keynote, a panel, or a workshop, I'd love to hear what you're building and where I might fit in.
